Faith>Fear

 Faith>Fear

Normally I always know what to write and what to say. This time I want to be vulnerable. Today I have an appointment to get a root canal done. Never experienced this type of dentistry in my 22 years of living. Growing up I used to get cavities a lot. I had to get my teeth cleaned daily. A couple years ago I had to get my wisdom teeth removed, but the removal surgery caused a lot of pain. I went through a traumatic experience which had led me not going back to the dentist.

Update prior before getting this canal done I had my friend and my father help me get to this current moment. Am I nervous, yes. Will I overcome it? Hell yea lol. Even though this is a scary moment for me, and it's a new experience, we never want to walk in fear. My faith in my dentist team, my father and myself got me to this moment where I can release pain. Sometimes God calls us into new rooms so that we can create new experiences. He promises not only to guide but to protect.

I have faith that I will come out on the winning side FULLY HEALED! You hear me? Long story short sugar… faith is always better than fear.

“For God did not you a spirit of fear but of love, power and a sound mind” 2 Timothy 1:7

What is God asking you to have faith in today?
